Development Portfolio

Construction started in August 2023 and the villa was occupied by its new owners on 23 December 2023.

That’s less than 5 months to produce a 190m² luxury villa with a 30m² swimming pool on a total of 467m² of primely located land.

Construction started on 15 August 2024 and the villa was occupied by its new owner on 23 January 2025.

That’s a little over 5 months to produce a 150m² luxury 3-bedroom villa with a 32m² swimming pool on a total of 666m² of primely located land.

Construction starts 1 March 2025 on our latest project. We will be developing two luxury pool villas (not yet named) on a total of 1000m2 primely located land on Gili Air island.

Each villa will stand independently on 420m² of land, boasting 3 ensuite bedrooms, 27m² saltwater swimming pools and a yoga shala each.
