Available now on a daily, weekly and monthly stay, this two private pool villas offers you the perfect place to relax next to the pool in complete privacy whilst being a short 5 minute walk to the beach and turtle point.

There are two, 2-bedroom villas available, each comes complete with 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge area. The villa has big bi-fold doors which can open up entirely to the pool and sunbeds for that fresh island breeze throughout the day or simply close it up and switch on the AC for a cooler experience. Each villa is rented out seperately and stands independantly from one another with high boundary walls to ensure your absolute privacy. Both villas can also be rented by large groups subject to availability.

The villa is furnished with a fridge, 4 tier gas stove, oven, water dispenser for hot and cold as well as ceiling fans for a more natural cooling experience. All windows are fitted with magnetic nets to ensure no mosquitoes or bugs can enter so feel free to open up your windows.

The property is under management by Palm View Properties and includes daily housekeeping on call, cleaning, water gallon for dispenser and gas to cook. Utilities such as water and electricity is included as well as 50 mbs uncapped wifi.

Laundry of linen and towels will be done twice per week. The property also features a state of the art battery back-up system which means you will not be affected by electricity outages on the island.

Inclusions:
Fridge, Drinking Water through Dispenser, Laundry of Linen and Towels, Daily Cleaning, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning throughout, Sunbeds, Laundry of personal items can be arranged at a cost of 30K per KG.

Payment terms:
Full rate is paid in advance for duration of stay upon booking. If you book 2 months you pay for 2 months in advance or however many months, weeks or days.
Full payment is made when booking. No deposits, only full payments in advance will be considered.

*Cancelation policy:
Cancelations must be made 7 days in advance and will incure a 20% penalty and 80% of funds paid will be refunded within 7 working days. Cancelations must be done in written email to info@palmviewproperties.biz ONLY.
Cancelations made outside of the 7 day period will be subject to zero refund and Palm View Properties along with our vendors are not legally liable to return any amounts as the cancelation policy was neglected.

When you book this property you accept this cancelation policy by your own free will and fully accepts the risk associated with breaching this policy and does so without any coercion.
